My Progress is live: workout tracking in the Rivio app

Shipping in Rivio App Release 1.10.261001 on 1 October 2026. Members get My Progress, a built-in workout tracker in the center dumbbell tab. Log training, review history, and see insights for any date range on the App Store and Google Play.

My Progress is separate from gym streaks. Streaks still come from check-ins at partner venues. Logged workouts are your personal training diary: sets, measurements, personal records, and charts scoped to the period you pick. Open Progress for overview and insights, Workout History for the last 7 days plus a calendar for older sessions, and New Entry to log exercises with weight, reps, duration, or distance.

• Center tab (dumbbell): open My Progress anytime
• New Entry: exercises, sets, bodyweight, how you felt, and notes; today or a past date
• Workout History: last 7 days strip, calendar for older days, do-it-again or delete
• Progress insights: 7D, 1M, 3M, 6M, 1Y, All, or custom Dates
• Measurements and personal records filtered to the range you select
• Team tab on studio pages: see coaches and staff partners publish
• Gym streaks stay on check-ins; logged workouts stay in your diary

Manage Team is live for Rivio Partner

Part of Rivio App Release 1.10.261001. From 29 September 2026, Rivio Partner lets gym and studio owners add coaches and staff under Manage Team. Photos, roles, and bios show on the Team tab in the member app so people know who trains at your venue before they walk in.

Add professionals per location, upload a staff photo (stored separately from venue gallery images), set role or title, experience, bio, and achievements. Members open your studio page, tap Team, and can enlarge a photo. Removing someone soft-deletes their profile and clears their staff photo. Optional complimentary staff passes can be tied to a team mobile number from the same flow.

Pass renewals are live for Rivio members

You can renew a pass now without starting from scratch. If yours is still running, renew early. If it already ended, renew it and send the request to your studio from My Passes. Live on the App Store and Google Play from 22 September 2026.

We also made it easier to stay on top of ending memberships. You get a clearer last-day view of your plan and dates, plus notifications when something needs attention or your studio has an update. Small things, but they add up when you train a few times a week.

Better desk tools for Rivio Partner

A practical update for gym and studio owners. From 18 September 2026, Rivio Partner helps you find customers faster, accept a walk-in request with the amount or days you agree on, and lock wallet and earnings behind an owner passcode.

Front desk work moves quickly, so we focused on the basics partners ask for most: find a member, fix a pass date when something is off, and accept a request without friction. That is what shipped here.

10 partner venues are now live across India

This is a big one for us. Ten gyms, studios and wellness centers across India are now live on Rivio and taking check-ins every day. Members can find them, walk in, scan the QR code and pay just for that day. No membership and no lock-in.

We built Rivio so people can stay fit without signing up for a whole year, and so venue owners can earn from walk-ins with almost no setup. Watching ten partners run it day after day tells us the idea holds up in the real world, not just on a slide.

Both apps are stable and live for everyone

Rivio and Rivio Partner are now stable and open to everyone on the App Store and Google Play. You get the same experience on iPhone and Android: find venues, top up your wallet and check in with a QR code. If you run a venue, you see your visits and payouts in one place.

We spent months testing with real gyms and real payments before we were comfortable calling it stable. This is the version we are proud to hand to anyone.

Both apps approved by Apple and Google

Apple and Google have approved both Rivio and Rivio Partner. That gave us the green light to go public across all four listings, two apps on two stores.

Store reviews look closely at payments, privacy and how an app behaves in everyday use, so getting both apps cleared on both platforms was a proud moment for the team.

App Store beta wrapped up

We finished our iOS beta for both apps. Testers went through the full flow, from their first wallet top-up to their first check-in and first payout, and told us where things felt confusing so we could fix them before launch.

Play Store beta wrapped up

Our Android beta is done. We ran both apps across a wide mix of phones and focused on the two things people care about most: payments that do not fail, and a QR check-in that feels instant.

Rivio is officially here

We introduced Rivio to the world at rivioapp.com. The site shares our story, explains how pay-per-day fitness works and gives gym and studio owners an easy way to reach us.

Launching on the web first gave us one clear home for everything Rivio while we finished testing both apps in the stores.
